for a quick, delicious meal that has:

            - No MSG
            - No trans-fat

            - No preservatives

They are minimally processed and also offer several gluten-free options.
Even better, the individually packaged sauce packets allow for freshness,
recipe variation and attention to special dietary needs.

My Review:

Contessa World Cuisine's Chicken Stir-Fry & Beef Mongolian were mighty delicious.  The frozen, easy to prepare meals for two are just what a busy family like mine needed!  Within 10 mins our meal was hot, fresh and flavorful.  I will be buying some more of these wonderful meals next time I go grocery shopping and I hope you will too!

My husband has an MSG allergy, so seeing that as the first thing listed, makes all of them my favorites! We don't buy many frozen dinners because of it. When I do buy them, they tend to be marie calendars products. I think my favorite is the steak tips.
