I am so super proud to present Better Sports. We are not your ordinary fitness place. Better Sports is designed to keep kids of all abilities and all ages active. We want to keep them moving for a full one hour session. They will start warming up and then they will move onto a fast pace game like dogeball, volleyball, small ball soccer or scooter races. Then at the very end they will have a 2 minute cool down. Better Sports will be having their grand opening/ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday January 5th 2013 at 1 pm. Better Sports is located inside Inner Circle Karate and Fitness at 313 Springfield Street in Agawam Ma. 01001 Class sizes will be limited to the first 25 people who call to sign up for each session. Our classes will be Tues-5-6pm, 6-7pm and 7-8pm. Thurs. 5-6pm, 6-7pm, 7-8pm and Saturdays from 1-2,2-3, and 3-4. All students are encouraged to wear loose fitting clothes, all hair shoulder length or longer should put it up, socks are a must. No electronics or cell phones will be allowed in the work-out area.
